01 / The Role
About the role
EcomSteward manages Temu stores for sellers in the US and Canada through Temu’s Local Seller Program, where sellers keep stock in the country and ship orders themselves. As a Temu Seller Virtual Assistant intern, you will support an account manager with the daily work behind those stores, from finding products to the end-of-day report.
This is a fully remote internship for candidates based in Pakistan. You will work on live client stores, so accuracy and clear daily updates matter as much as speed.
02 / What You Will Do
Your daily work
Listing
Create and update listings with clear titles, accurate product details, variations and images that follow Temu’s listing rules.
Pricing
Set and review prices so every sale stays profitable, and compare them with similar products on Temu.
Sale Management
Prepare products for Temu promotions and sale events, and check that each discounted price still makes a profit.
Order Management
Follow every order until it ships on time with valid tracking, and help with cancellations, returns and buyer questions.
Daily Reporting
Send a complete report at the end of each day covering sales, orders, listings, stock and any open issues.
Store Health Checks
Review store performance and Temu notices every day, and flag anything that could put the account at risk, such as late shipments or listing warnings.
03 / What We Look For
What you need to apply
- Good written English for listings, reports and messages
- Confident with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- A laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection
- Careful with prices, product details and numbers
- An interest in e-commerce. Experience with Temu or another marketplace helps, but is not required
